We are looking for a part or full time receptionist/secretary/office associate for our sport construction company.
Days needed: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8am - 12pm or 12pm - 4pm
Qualifications:
-Previous office experience
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent customer service
-Detail-oriented
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-Ability to prioritize and multi-task
-Reliable and punctual
-Bilingual preferred but not required
Job Duties Include:
-Answering phones
-Responding to emails
-Keeping log of jobs, requests and work orders
-Following up with clients on status of jobs
-Ordering and receiving supplies and materials
-Typing up documents
-Additional duties to be discussed during interview
This position will start as a part time position but may become full time for the right applicant.
