A fast-paced Online Tax Preparation Service is looking for a clerk to Process paperwork You will be required to enter and update new requests, review paper look for spelling/grammatical errors and notify clients if there are any issues with there recieved paperwork, complete the client onboarding with DocuSign and create the file . There are other small task's that are not listed but in a nut shell PROFESSIONAL experience preferable.
Qualifications:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, follow-up and follow-through is key
Must be diligent and be able to stay organized
Must type 45+ WPM with the highest accuracy rate
Bilingual would be a plus……
