Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming phone calls, text messages, and communications to the appropriate person
Use company system to track all existing jobs and projects
Assist with invoicing - send out invoices when jobs are completed and follow up with customers on payment collection
Prepare and send out quotes and estimates to customers for installation and material sales provided by salesman
Take messages, file documents, and perform other general administrative tasks
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office coordinator role
Proficient in using job tracking/management software
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
