We are looking to hiring an outgoing front desk receptionist/assistant
We are looking for someone that is good with customers, that is a quick learner and has a postive attitude.
You do not need experience in this field we will teach you everything you need to know.
You will be responsible for
-Answering phone calls
-Confirming Appointments
-Making Invoices
-Picking up supplies (If needed)
