Local Time Share company is seeking a new dispatch manager.
Responsible for scheduling a staff of 10 agents. 7am to 9:30 pm 7 days a week.
Staff handles all inbound bookings from field agents in 4 states.
Daily review of control & associate stats and metrics.
Responsible for nightly data clean-up in the Time Share Ware system.
Installation and certification of the Values statement.
Expect, inspect and monitor the control & transportation associates interaction with prospects, members as well as other team members.
Monitor scheduling and attendance issues with associates and team members.
Responsible to make decisions on hiring, retention, disciplinary and termination.
Supervise, train and mentor employees on the control teams.
Resolve employee relations conflicts, complaints, or concerns as appropriate.
Will be required to take over telephone calls for associates
Maintain accurate records for contacts and call queues.
Salary based on experience.
