Position: Office Manager
Location: Henderson NV
Employment Type: Full Time Salaried starting pay 50K plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the point person for office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow.
Support the HR department by managing applicant files, ensuring compliance, and maintaining complete employee records.
Assist the finance department, including bill pay and financial coordination.
Oversee scheduling, appointment coordination, office supplies ordering, and traffic flow within the office.
Act as a liaison between different professionals within the organization.
Take minutes during meetings and prepare reports as needed.
Draft letters, memos, and other correspondence with exceptional attention to detail.
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Medicaid-integrated software with ease.
Provide direct support to the CEO, taking initiative and making quick decisions.
Supervise and delegate tasks to other team members when necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
Strong HR support experience (recruitment, onboarding, maintaining personnel files).
Highly proficient in technology—must be comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and integrating software into daily operations.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently.
Ability to supervise others, provide direction, and support leadership.
