Customer Service/Receptionist for a busy Construction office. Answering phones for multi-phone line system. Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain office files, documents and records in an organized manner. Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing. Knowledge of Excel, attention to detail, multitasking as well as a quick ability to learn is a must. Verbal and written communication skills required. Bilingual and construction experience is a plus.
