Responsibilities:
Collaborate with front office and warehouse to ensure our client’s needs are met
Accurately take input orders from our clientele and ensure timely responses
Responsively handle customer and departmental inquiries via email, phone, text or other channels.
Work as a team to conduct inform customers about monthly promotions and new items
Enhance the overall quality of service for our customers and create a positive work environment for our team.
