This role is dedicated to assisting Project Managers with the utmost efficiency. The Coordinator will efficiently collect all pertinent lead/job intake details from service requests, ensure the completeness and accuracy of all production job files and records, and meticulously log all job-specific communications, documents, photos, estimates, contracts, and other records in the restoration software. Customer Service includes managing all inbound calls, while Data Entry involves scheduling various types of appointments. The position requires demonstrated proficiency in accurate typing and filing skills.
Work closely with the team and corporate accounting.
