We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the owner of multiple businesses. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can handle a wide range of administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls and messages professionally
Run local errands as needed
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments
Manage Owner's calendars
Assist with email correspondence and communications
Perform general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide additional administrative support across business entities as required.
Qualifications:
Experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
