SIGN INSTALLER:
Responsibilities include production and installation of signs and vinyl applications. Must be knowledgeable with cutting substrates, installing vinyl, carpentry, finishing banners and signs. This individual’s primary responsibility is taking the raw materials, plus the printed or cut media, to create the finished product (building and installing basic structures, and basic signage). Assisting lead installer with onsite sign installations at customer locations is also a component of this position. The position requires good communication skills and professional disposition. Employee will be required to keep inventory of supplies and tools, and maintain a clean working environment, warehouse, and shop. In addition, other tasks as deemed necessary. Position requires use of a phone, and ability to input pictures, type information, and use company software. Job will start at $19-22/per hour depending on experience, with the opportunity for an increase in pay after introductory period.
Basic Requirements- (subject to change)
- Should have experience with vinyl application.
- Should have ability to work with basic woodworking materials (drills, saws, impact gun, measuring tape, shop equipment)
- Should have a basic knowledge of carpentry tools and experience building wood structures.
- Able to lift heavy materials, up to 70 pounds.
- Experience using knives and other sign-making tools including cutters and saws.
- Able to work on ladder for various sign installs.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Strong attention to detail; accuracy.
- Reliable and have good customer service skills.
- Strong multitasking and organization skills.
- Demonstrate a professional, upbeat, and positive attitude.
- Work well in a busy environment and adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Be able to work in all types of outdoor weather conditions year-round.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a Valid Driver’s license required.

Salary: $19-22 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift, Overtime, Day shift
Paid time off
