Role Overview
Kimco has an exciting opportunity for a Planning Coordinator. The candidate should have a keen eye for attention to detail with data administrative skills and can input data into ERP system and update Excel spreadsheets. The ideal candidate should be flexible with prioritization and have great communication and multi-tasking skills.
Primary Responsibilities
Print work orders and packets per build requirement and deliver to Assembly Line Leads
Enter work order into Excel tracker and update work in progress daily
Process and reconcile Production / Assembly Orders
Understand material shortage for stock adjustment as needed to close out work orders (will provide training)
Collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving, and the assembly lines as needed to close out work orders.
Other related duties as assigned
