Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Product Rework Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing product rework and quality testing to ensure that all products meet our high standards. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to product quality will be critical in identifying and addressing any issues that arise during production or after product returns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform rework and repair on products that do not meet quality standards or require modifications.

- Conduct product inspections to identify defects or areas for improvement.

- Follow detailed technical instructions and work orders to complete rework tasks.

- Utilize various hand tools, machinery, and testing equipment to perform rework and ensure product quality.

- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement corrective actions and resolve product defects.

- Maintain accurate documentation of rework processes, defects found, and corrective actions taken.

- Perform product testing to verify functionality and quality after rework has been completed.

- Adhere to safety standards and company procedures while working with machinery and products.

- Continuously monitor and improve rework processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical diagrams or schematics.

- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve product issues efficiently.

- Familiarity with quality control processes and documentation.

- Good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
