Responsibilities:

Grasp advanced electrical theory, encompassing both AC and DC.

Proficiently use multimeter functions for effective troubleshooting.

Understand series, parallel, and advanced electrical circuits.

Demonstrate advanced proficiency in PLC logic and finesse in troubleshooting PLC systems.

Apply advanced expertise in relay logic to troubleshoot relay systems effectively.

Exhibit an advanced understanding of communication networks.

Master various Hybrid Drive systems and adeptly troubleshoot and repair them.

Identify and explain the function of all electrical components and elements on electrical schematics.

Utilize computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and internet browsers.

Adhere to safety policies, procedures, and processes to ensure safe working practices with electrical systems.

Exhibit strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Thrive with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to a team environment.

Execute allocated tasks diligently.

Learn and work seamlessly with 12V and 24V systems.

Adapt and master the skills required for working around high voltage systems (200+ Volts).

Preferably possess intermediate-level computer skills.

Embrace knowledge of electrical components and their functionalities.

Demonstrate physical flexibility for bending, stooping, reaching, climbing, and ladder use.

Showcase a keen ability to adapt to change.

KEYS TO SUCCESS:

Possession of a High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Ideally, an Associate degree in an automotive discipline, electronics, or an equivalent combination of vocational school and job experience.
