NC The Cabinet Gallery is looking for additional Kitchen and Bath designers to join our team. MUST be proficient in 20/20 design software.
Positioned offered: Kitchen and Bath Designer/Sales
Summary: Plans and designs kitchens and bathrooms for walk ins and company leads. Designer will manage the entire kitchen and bathroom design process from site measurement to cabinet installation to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Provide guidance on kitchen/bath designing and products including cabinets, vanities, backsplashes, countertop, hardware, flooring, accessories, etc.
-Work independently to generate design layout and 3D renderings for each project.
-Work closely with companies Venders and trade partners.
-Receive showroom walk in's and assist customers with selections.
-Communicate with project coordinator and field superintendents on all projects you are assigned to.
-Maintain detailed project files/and input data into companywide software Contactor Foreman.
-Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the products we carry.
-Meet with the design team to review the final project quote prior to sending to the customer.
Qualifications:
-MUST have 3- 5 years of experience in Kitchen/Bath Design Software, 20/20.
-Highly motivated to excel in the field of kitchen & bath design or home building supply business
-High level of customer service
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be detail oriented and have ability to manage several ongoing projects at one time
-Experience in general computer skills, using companywide software and Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, etc.)
-Must possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Organized and detail oriented.
- Willing to have fun and participate in team building activities, we have a lot of fun in the Gallery.
Work Environment: Will work in a modern/office environment, customer homes, occasionally will take customers to supply houses for additional selections if requested.
Annual Salary $52,000.00 per year
Weekly salary $1,000.00
10 % commission on gross profit of all sales
