We are looking for a seasoned SEO expert who has either:
- Run their own SEO business
- Worked as an SEO consultant or strategist
- Been employed full-time at an SEO agency
…but now wants stability and a full-time role where they can apply their expertise without the stress of running their own operation.
The Role
This is NOT an implementation role—this is a client-facing SEO strategist position. Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Monthly Client Calls: Discussing SEO performance, presenting data, and explaining trends.
- Handling Tough Conversations: When rankings aren’t improving, you’ll need to explain why, provide solutions, and reassure clients.
- SEO Audits & Strategy: Proactively identifying opportunities to improve clients’ rankings and visibility.
- Reporting & Oversight: Ensuring our SEO team delivers measurable results and holding them accountable.
- Task Delegation: Assigning action items to the appropriate team members and ensuring follow-through on SEO strategies.
- Client Education: Breaking down SEO concepts in a way clients can understand.
- Internal Training: Providing SEO guidance and mentorship to our team.
What We Need From You
-Extensive SEO Experience – You must be highly knowledgeable, with years of hands-on experience running SEO campaigns, conducting audits, and handling strategy.
-Client-Facing Skills – Strong verbal communication, ability to explain complex topics simply, and confidence in handling difficult conversations.
-Analytical & Solution-Oriented – You should be proactive in identifying SEO gaps and solutions outside of scheduled calls.
-Task Delegation Skills– Ability to effectively assign and oversee tasks to ensure SEO objectives are executed efficiently.
-SEO Testing Mastery – You must pass an advanced SEO test to qualify.
-Full-Time, In-Office Role– This is NOT a remote position. We want someone fully embedded in our team.
