Job Description:

We seek a Digital Marketing Assistant to manage our contact forms and elevate our content creation efforts using Shinefy. Your primary goal will be to generate more clients by effectively engaging with our audience and promoting our financial services through various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor contact forms, ensuring timely and professional responses.

- Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

- Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.

Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and produce innovative content ideas that align with our brand and objectives.

- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports, suggesting improvements and strategies to enhance engagement and reach.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are current and effective.

- Assist in the creation and management of paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.

- Create SOPs and automation to streamline and scale our efforts.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Assistant, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

- Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.

- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

- Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Interest or background in financial services is a plus.
