Henness & Haight, Injury Law is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience handling workers’ compensation (WC) claims, or a Legal Assistant - preferably with prior WC experience - to join our team. Having the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume office and thrive is necessary. The successful candidate will be hard-working, organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent follow-up and time-management skills. Being self-motivated, driven, and having the ability to work independently are also expected. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Pay can be generous but will depend on the level prior WC experience. Full-time benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, SEP IRA benefits with a 2-3% employer match, 12 days per year PTO, birthdays off paid, and all state holidays paid.
