We are currently seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
-Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury claims from inception to settlement
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
-Coordinate medical treatment and monitor client progress
-Request and review medical records, bills, and police reports
-Draft demand letters and assist attorneys in negotiating settlements
-Maintain organized case files and documentation using case management software
-Provide exceptional client service and ensure timely follow-ups
-Work closely with attorneys and legal assistants to prepare cases for litigation if necessary
Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience handling personal injury cases in a law firm setting
-Strong knowledge of Nevada personal injury laws and procedures
-Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office
-Bilingual (Spanish) required
