Personal Injury law firm looking for full time pre-litigation attorney. We are looking for a hands on attorney that has good communication skills with clients and is capable of negotiating cases and overseeing case managers.
Applicant must:
- Be a licensed attorney in Nevada.
- Have knowledge on how to run a Personal Injury case; preferably 5 years in this field of law.
- Good communications skills
- Good knowledge of how a computer works
Attorney will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all pre-litigation files, roughly 300 claims, with the assistance of 4 to 5 case managers.
- Negotiating cases
- Constant communication with clients
Compensation structure is negotiable; salary, commission, or combination of both. Health insurance included; probation period applies. Reply to ad if interested!
