Law Office of James R. Vaughan, P.C. is a multi-state collection law firm (AZ/NV/WA). We have been been practicing in Nevada for six years and have thousands of cases across the state. We already have a licensed Nevada Attorney on staff. He is well-known in creditor circles and active with the local creditor's bar.
We now seek a Resident Member Attorney, per the bar's Registration of Multidisciplinary Practices Application Renewal. Our last resident agent can't continue, because he went to work for the state bar!
-Signatures required: One, annually
-Work required: Zero
-Mail you will receive: Zero
-Phone calls you will receive: Zero
-Clients/Adverse parties who will contact you: Zero
-Risk you will have to consider: Zero
Compensation for ALL of that work: $300.00 per month, every month, on autopay.
You will not be on our letterhead, website, payroll, or malpractice insurance. The only real requirement is that you be a licensed NV lawyer, in good standing.
We handle everything from AZ. About once a year, we have the need for appearance counsel and when that happens, we will ask if you want to or are able to cover it - for an extra fee, of course. There is no obligation for coverage.
