Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our attorneys in all stages of litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and legal skills to contribute to a dynamic and reputable law firm.
Duties:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Manage document production and organization using document management systems
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Prepare and maintain case files, including organizing documents, exhibits, and evidence
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances
- Assist with trial preparation, including drafting witness lists, exhibit lists, and trial binders
- Review and summarize deposition transcripts, medical records, and other discovery materials
- Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Requirements:
- Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Strong knowledge of legal administrative procedures and legal case management systems
- Proficient in using document management systems for organizing and retrieving files
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client communication
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing legal documents and maintaining case files
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with various legal research tools and databases
- Knowledge of clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
