JJH Law is expanding its team and opening an office in Las Vegas, NV
JJH Law is hiring a full-time litigation and business attorney to assist with the opening of its Las Vegas office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three to five years of experience representing businesses and individuals in commercial disputes, LLC member and shareholder actions, and employment law. Emphasis on precise written work product, research and motion practice skill set. Nevada State Bar admission is required. Some transactional experience would also be preferred for assistance with other business-related matters. The Firm will also consider Of Counsel relationships with more experienced attorneys who may be looking to supplement their current practice or who have an interest in the upside of launching JJH Law’s new satellite office.
Compensation is DOE and incentive-based, and includes base pay/salary, origination compensation or commissions, comp for pre-existing client matters, health benefits package, SEP-IRA eligibility, and bonus.
