Small Washington law firm looking for an experienced bilingual personal injury case manager (Spanish/English).
Candidate should have experience running cases from beginning to end including: intake, case set up, letters of rep, speaking with adjusters, analyzing files to determine next steps, property damage, rental vehicle assistance, liens, PIP/MedPay, demands, negotiations, and settlements.
Candidate should be very detail-oriented and have strong customer service skills. Also, as position is remote, must be very good with technology.
May be contract to full-time W2.
