Law Firm seeks an Associate Attorney.
MUST be a NV Licensed Attorney.
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of Plaintiff Personal Injury practices and Personal Injury files. Candidates should also have experience taking depositions of witnesses and experts; conducting Arbitration Hearings; writing Motions and written discovery. Candidates who have completed a Short Trial and/or Jury Trial as lead counsel are preferred, but not required. Candidates must be accustomed to a fast paced environment and be able to work fluidly within any department.
Candidates must have:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills; Outlook, Word, Excel experience
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent client service skills
Flexible Schedule
Required experience:
Personal Injury: 3+ years (defense or plaintiff)
