Details: Monday-Friday (Morning shift)
Summary: Coordinates the transfer of raw materials, parts and finished products between various production areas and external warehouses. Ensures material inventory levels are sufficient to meet production schedules. Collects and analyzes data on current orders, production levels, and sales forecasts to estimate future demand for materials.
Responsibilities:
- Clerical administrative position in a warehouse setting.
-Transfer data from paper formats into database system.
- Receives inventory/product into database system
-Enter in data provided directly from parts manager or stockroom lead.
-Creates and manages Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain records as goods enter and leave stockroom.
- Sort, organize and file paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in stockroom and product in warehouse
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of Excel spreadsheets ( 2+ years knowledge preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in data entry
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines with minimum supervision
-Strong ability to work at a rapid pace to meet receiving deadliness
