We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Car Detailer to deliver top-quality cleaning services and ensure our clients' vehicles look their best. Working inside an ideal environment, away from the harsh outdoor elements.
We are seeking a dynamic candidate who prioritizes customer satisfaction and can enhance the efficiency of our car detailing processes. A strong understanding of sales and upselling will be a valuable asset for this role. If selected, you will represent the face of our business.
Responsibilities:
Simple Data Entry, Collecting and updating customer records accurately via computer
Quickly identifying and resolving bottlenecks to minimize client wait times and enhance overall efficiency.
Strong leadership skills.
Thorough cleaning of vehicle interiors and exteriors, adhering to company standards and client specifications.
Skillful use of various tools and equipment including buffers, steamers, hoses, and vacuums.
Application of cleaning agents, protective solutions, and restorative techniques to enhance vehicle appearances.
Conducting detailed inspections and maintaining accurate records of customer preferences.
Efficiently moving and parking vehicles,
Requirements:
Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
At least 2 years of experience in car detailing preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills and a strong attention to detail.
Ability to meet physical demands of the job such as walking, crouching, bending, and standing for long periods.
Availability to work on weekends and adhere to company policies and quality standards.
