Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure all products meet the company’s standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of stock to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Investigate and resolve any quality issues or discrepancies.
Train staff on quality assurance processes and procedures.
Stock Management:
Supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of products to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to meet operational needs.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Schedule and assign tasks to team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a QA/stock supervisory role within a warehouse or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and inventory management systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (OT is mandatory during the week & weekends depending on warehouse needs)
