Job Description:
We are seeking diligent, detail-oriented, and professional cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Cleaning and sanitizing various surfaces and spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and offices.
Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
Performing routine inspections to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
Replenishing supplies as needed.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Must be able to pass a background check.
