NO EXPERIENCE or EQUIPMENT NEEDED
Looking for person with a Truck or SUV in good working condition. Willing to start early and work hard in almost any weather.
Willing to teach, paid training.
This is a W-9 contractor position. Paid weekly on a per pool basis.
Most techs complete 2-3 pools an hour on average but some weeks can be faster or slower.
We start with 50-60 pools a week but don’t have an upper limit to the number of pools we will give someone if they prove they can handle it.
Starting pay is 13a pool for training and the first month. 14a pool second month and 15at the third month.
We can provide assistance with getting any equipment necessary but an individual would be required to eventually pay for and own their own equipment and equipment upkeep.
Should someone have experience and/or references from previous employers we can talk about raising the starting pay per pool.
