As a Bird Control Technician at Peak Services, you will undergo training under the guidance of our experienced lead technician to master bird control techniques and solar panel maintenance procedures. Your primary duties will involve installing bird control materials, fitting bird guards onto solar systems, and conducting thorough cleaning of bird mess and solar panels.
Responsibilities:
Receive training and mentorship from seasoned technicians, actively seeking guidance as needed.
Keep track of equipment requirements for upcoming assignments and report any needs to management.
Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing responsibilities and ensuring seamless workflow.
Requirements:
Possession of a clean driving record for travel between job sites.
Comfortability with working at heights and on roofs.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, coupled with punctuality.
