We are HIRING! We are hiring 2 well versed, autonomous maintenance technicians for our properties. Located downtown at 521 S Maryland Parkway and a few 4plex's nearby. We have 65 individual units. We request that you have experience with drywall, painting, installing flooring, installing windows, carpentry, basic electrical/plumbing, and general knowledge of HVAC would be a plus!
