Our property management company is interviewing for a Maintenance Supervisor at our 360 unit property.
Job duties:
- Overseeing the maintenance crew
- Working with various vendors and scheduling projects
- Ordering parts
- Doing work orders and delegating work orders
- Turning apartments for new move-ins
- Problem solving and finding solutions to various issues
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Must have experience as a maintenance supervisor / manager
- Must have the ability to manage a crew of maintenance technicians
- HVAC certification is required
- CPO certification is required
- Must have experience fixing appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, garbage disposal, etc.
- Basic plumbing skills is required
