We are currently hiring for a full time Maintenance Technician
The essential job requirements:
- HVAC certified
- Must be able to perform HVAC repairs, appliance repairs, electrical repairs, plumbing and other general tasks related to the maintenance of our property
- Turning apartments for future residents
- Basic pool maintenance
- Be able to troubleshoot problems that come up while working and figure out how to solve the problems
- Professionalism and good customer service skills are a must
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Communicates effectively with staff and maintenance supervisor

Experience: One Year minimum
After 90 days of employment, employee will qualify for full benefits, bonus package and discounted apartment.
