Seeking Experienced Maintenance Technician for Multifamily Apartments. We are a successful Property Management Company that has been in business for over thirty-plus years looking to hire an experienced, full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician for a 200-unit multi-family apartment portfolio.
The Apartment Maintenance Technician works in coordination with the main office and the maintenance supervisor to complete the basic tasks associated with the daily operation and maintenance of the apartments and properties of the portfolio.
Responsibilities include day-to-day:
Painting
Plumbing
Electrical
Carpentry
General Repairs
Landscape and Grounds work
Preparing Apartments for Move-In
Experience and Qualifications:
-Prefer 3+ year minimum of related experience, preferably supporting multi-family apartments
-Experience in working with active construction and vendors on-site a plus
-Ability to prioritize projects in a dynamic environment
-A good communicator who works well independently but is also team-oriented
-Self-motivated and able to take initiative as well as direction.
-Highly willing and motivated to learn more skills and take on greater challenges
-Pride of workmanship: goes above and beyond to ensure good outcomes
-Reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license & and insurance
-Organized with attention to detail
-Flexible: available after hours as needed
