- Must be able to perform appliance repairs, electrical repairs, plumbing, paint and other general handyman tasks related to the maintenance of our property
- Be able to troubleshoot problems that come up while working and figure out how to solve the problems
- Professionalism and good customer service skills are a must
- Must have reliable transportation

Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke, the severity of which depends upon the guest volume
May work extended hours irregular shifts, evening and/or weekend shifts, and holiday work may be required
Office, Nightclub, Bar, Lounge, and/or Restaurant working environment
Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
Must be effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have or be able to obtain Sheriff’s card, Health card, and Tam card.
1 year minimum of maintenance experience
Must be a motivated self starter & team player
Must be proficient in English
Willingness to work evenings, late nights, and weekends as required with a flexible schedule
Must have reliable transportation, reliable form of communication, and be on time for scheduled shifts. Be able to work various shifts according to availability
