We are a licensed and insured landscaping company based in Las Vegas, is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our installation crews. We specialize in pavers, artificial turf, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, lighting, and complete backyard transformations.
Responsibilities:
Lead a crew of 2–5 workers on residential and commercial landscaping projects
Read and follow plans/designs for outdoor construction (turf, pavers, fire pits, etc.)
Operate and maintain equipment: saws, compactors, trenchers, skid steers, etc.
Ensure high-quality workmanship, job site cleanliness, and safety compliance
Communicate clearly with project managers and customers
Track material usage and job progress daily
Requirements:
2+ years experience in landscape construction (pavers, turf, or hardscapes)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Leadership and crew management skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
