Apex Cleaning Services is looking to fill a few part time positions as a lead for an inside and outdoor janitor/porter. Duties are all things cleaning condo complexes (common areas, club house and pool houses). Pay rate starts at $16/hour. Higher pay and/or raises are available with qualified work experience. Candidates must have reliable transportation (not the city bus), a working cell phone for daily texting/photos, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Required: valid drivers license and social security number. Preferred: residents near the W Flamingo area or within 15min drive. Hours are M-F 7am to 12pm but we are flexible.
