We are looking for a Handyperson/Equipment Repair Technician for our manufacturing facilities. We are a 45-year-old manufacturer in the Las Vegas area and need someone well experienced in this position. Must have the following skills and qualifications:
Skill Requirements:
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems - basic building repairs and
general carpentry.
Strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting problems with our production equipment.
Ability to perform routine maintenance on our electrical, air powered, and hydraulic equipment.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Ability to work efficiently and multi-task.
Must be able to reach, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders. Also, lift up to 50 lbs.
Work with outside service vendors and schedule appointments.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must be dependable and have flexibility in your daily work schedule.
Effective communication skills and fluent in English.
Safe driving record and Nevada License.
