Skills needed include but are not limited to:
Picking up and delivering equipment to job sites
Cleaning up and organizing job sites
Assisting with demolition and debris removal
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor
Following safety procedures
Water extraction and moisture removal
Setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and other drying equipment
Basic knowledge of tools
Assisting with microbial remediation setup and teardown
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Basic understanding on construction or home repairs such as patching drywall, painting, etc.
Ability to work in tight spaces, moist, and tough environments
Willingness to be on-call for emergency jobs
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Good communication skills and professional attitude with clients
Additional skills might include:
Must be detail oriented.
Work truck/van with tools is a must. The ability to carry the tools and materials needed is necessary.
Must have good references.
Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be drug free.
Must be neat, clean, reliable and able to work independently.
Must be a team player with a winning personality, no exceptions.
