Overview:
Looking for a talented, skilled Water Restoration Project Manager to join our team. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties damaged by, water, fire or other disasters. If you have experience in the restoration industry and possess strong skills in using hand and power tools, we encourage you to apply.
For demo tech:
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance
Follow all safety practices on job site
Perform job site production to include water extraction, demolition, use of hand tools, power tools, general cleanup, equipment maintenance, facility maintenance, moving of good and supplies through job site per company process
Ability to set up, operate and takedown (including cleanup/daily maintenance) equipment
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
Assist others in general cleanup of the jobsite as well as unloading of materials
Responsible for cleanliness, organization and care of company vehicles, equipment, and supplies
Attention to detail
Ability move/lift 50lbs on average
Full time
Respond to after hours and weekends as needed
Punctuality a must
For repairs need someone who can do drywall, texture, paint ATLEAST
experience is PREFERRED FOR REPAIRS 100%
