We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and bilingual Construction Safety Coordinator to oversee and enforce safety protocols on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies, conduct safety inspections, train workers on safety procedures, and manage incident reporting. Your role is essential in fostering a culture of safety and ensuring the well-being of all team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular job site inspections to identify potential hazards
Enforce safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
Lead toolbox talks and safety training sessions
Investigate incidents and maintain accurate reports
Ensure proper use of PPE and equipment safety
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction safety or a related field.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Bilingual proficiency English and Spanish is required.
Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, CPR, First Aid) are a plus.
