We are looking for an experience Maintenance Manager to join our team!
Our property has 200 units, 7 stories high.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Emergency calls are rotated.
We are looking for someone with great communication skills, and can lead a team.
Job details:
Managing a team, work orders, vacant turn overs, and daily projects. Must Have Reliable Transportation.
Must be able able to communicate with upper management, City Inspectors, First Responders, Vendors, and employees
Must be experienced in.
Plumbing
Broiler repair
AC/Heating
Basic handy man duties
Emergency calls will be rotated with all maintenance personnel.
Must have excellent communication skills
