We are aggressively seeking an individual who demonstrates excellent employee relations and communication skills, is dependable and a strong leader.

Responsible for all human resource policy in the Company and provides strategic assistance to management and executive staff.

Applicants must have at least 6 years of Human Resources Management experience. Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus. Human Resources certification is desired.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or related field.

Supports and leads the HR department.

Strong employee relations experience is required. Conduct investigations, prepare and develop employee relation issues and practices.

Supports the overall recruitment process and leads the process for senior level positions.

Ability to work well with all levels of employees in extremely professional manner.

Ensures compliance with Federal, State and local employment laws including EEOC, harassment, discrimination, etc.

Continuously identifies new and improved processes and procedures for recruitment, HR administration and other associate centered processes.

Maintains a constant and effective customer focus in all activities, projects and other work.

Provides various HR reports to benchmark HR activities and measure progress.

Ensures employment reporting requirements are met, e.g. I-9's, etc.

Provides assistance in HR training functions, including scheduling/associate attendance to workshops, and development of HR related training modules and facilitation activities (safety, harassment, risk management, etc.)

Participates in benefit renewal process and supports open enrollment activities.

Proactively communicates outstanding issues with executive management.

Facilitate processing of unemployment hearings, workers compensation claims/hearings, EEOC, FLSA, and assist in development of education and programs.

Work on various employee relations' projects.

Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Publisher, Word, Excel, Access.
