This is a busy practice. Candidate must have experience in the entire process of scheduling surgeries. Experience in obtaining any needed records, speaking with any reps that would be involved in the case, scheduling anesthesia and speaking with required staff at the hospitals. The right candidate should be professional, kind to patients, articulate and knowledgeable.
