Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled, organized, and caring Medical Assistant (MA) to join our dynamic team. As an MA at our clinic, you’ll support patient care and assist in managing daily clinic operations. Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in patient intake and prep for exams
-Record patient history and vital signs accurately
-Prepare and maintain examination and treatment rooms
-Support clinicians with procedures and provide patient education as directed
-Administer injections and perform basic lab procedures
-Update EMR records (experience with Greenway EMR preferred)
-Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-up coordination
-Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient clinic environment
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred
-1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting (women’s health experience is a plus)
-Familiarity with EMR systems (Greenway EMR knowledge is a bonus)
-Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and positive attitude
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
