We are looking for an employee to serve as a live-in caregiver assisting an individual with basic life needs and permanently residing on the individual’s premises for the duration of their employment. The position will be paid starting at $12.00 per hour, and given the need to be “on call” at all times, be presumed to work 168 hours per week.
Starting Salary:
Resulting in an starting annual salary of $104,823.00 per year
Stipulation:
As permitted by law and in light of payment for a 168-hour week, the applicant selected for this position will be required to enter into a written agreement agreeing to work for compensation in lieu of 24 hours off each week and 48 hours consecutive off each month.
Subject to Written Agreement:
The selected applicant will also be required to enter into a written agreement exempting them from overtime.
Vacation:
The applicant selected for this position will be provided with 40 hours of paid time off in their first year of employment and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus as determined by the employer in its sole discretion.
