What We’re Looking For:
A seasoned assistant with 5+ years of experience in dental assisting.
Someone with strong leadership qualities who can guide, train, and inspire our team.
Proficiency with intraoral scanning is highly desired.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces opportunities to learn and grow.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Delivery of final restorations (crowns, bridges, implant crowns, dentures, etc).
Final impressions for dentures, crowns, bridges and implants.
Complete resin restorations and polish.
Occlusal adjustments.
Chairside assisting during all types of dental procedures.
Lead and support fellow dental assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.
Train and onboard new clinical team members.
Maintain equipment, supplies, and overall clinical readiness.
Champion a high standard of patient care and service.
