Dental Assistant Position: part time/full time with 1 year experience
Pay per hour is $14-$25 depending on performance. Will train new graduates who are hard working with wonderful positive attitudes and big smiles. This is all it takes for you to do well if you have a passion for dental assisting!
We prefer candidates with solid dental experience and confidence with chair side assisting in fillings/crowns/implants; able to take digital dental x-rays and familiar with all dental procedures. The qualified applicant will be polished, professional, prompt and reliable, versed in patient education with excellent communication skills, and the ability to direct patients to both necessary and elective dental care options. Two years of experience is highly valued but for the right person who is motivated and wants to grow their career in the dental field, we are willing to train a hard working fast learner who can take direction well with a great attitude. Proficiency in Dentrix, scheduling, verifying insurance, patient check in & out is a must. This position is for someone with a long-term commitment with a desire to grow professionally and financially. Earn $25/h as a lead dental assistant in 6 months if you show a genuine passion for this career. Compensation is competitive and based on individual experience and years in dental field with demonstrated performance on the job. You can do this if you have what it takes to succeed in 2024!
