People love our Bakon™- check out our Instagram to see for yourself. In fact, they love it so much that we weren't able to meet the demand out of our former home in Portland Oregon, so we've recently moved to a new facility in Las Vegas to enable the next chapter of our growth.
We're looking for a Swing Shift Dishwasher to cover evening shifts (3:30pm-11pm) 3-5 days/week. Starting pay is $16/hr, with opportunities for future growth.
Responsibilities:
- Clean 15 gallon kettles, 8 gallon pots, 9" wire racks, and assorted small items as they are brought to your station.
- Strictly follow appropriate cleaning methods for production equipment and dish station
- Properly confirm and document sanitizer concentration levels
Requirements
- Maturity - solid interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Reliability - the team needs every member to show up on time, every time
- Pride in your work - we look for people who care about excellence
- Enthusiasm and flexibility - we're a small and fast growing company with constant change. If that sounds fun, you'll probably like it here! If it sounds scary, you probably won't.
- Work experience in high-volume food production is strongly preferred, but not strictly required.
- Physical fitness - you will routinely need to lift up to 60lb, safely.
Compensation
Starting pay is $16/hr. In addition, we offer the following benefits for full time employees:
